• Experience in the retail sector at a Store Manager level (or equivalent background with required skillset).
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service using communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to rapidly build strong, working relationships with customers and communities, adapting and challenging as needed.
• Previous experience making key decisions and action planning to drive results.
• Previous line manager experience and knowledge of HR best practice with a passion for developing team members through their careers, supporting them to be their best.
• Strong understanding of sales and setting KPIs to enhance store performance.
