Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our Event Day Traffic Team at Utilita Bowl in Botley Road, West End, Southampton. As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth flow of traffic and parking during events at our venue.

Responsibilities:

• Directing vehicles to designated parking areas
• Assisting guests with parking instructions
• Maintaining traffic flow to prevent congestion
• Providing excellent customer service to event attendees
• Coordinating with security and event staff

Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work well in a team
• Good problem-solving abilities
• Previous experience in customer service or event support is a plus
