Job Description
Corporate Legal Matters 
- Draft, review, and negotiate legal contracts and agreements
- Assist in corporate structuring, M&A deals, and compliance processes
- Conduct legal due diligence for corporate transactions
- Advise on property acquisitions, leases, and development projects
- Draft and review sale deeds, lease agreements, and title documents
- Perform title due diligence and property document verification
- Conduct comprehensive legal research and compile relevant reports
- Provide clear, actionable legal advice to clients
- Support client meetings and ensure efficient delivery of legal services
- Participate in negotiations and provide legal input on critical matters
