The Role As a Wellbeing Executive, also known as SDR, you'll be responsible for generating new business opportunities and arranging demonstrations for the sales team. You'll contact prospective customers, engage with business decision-makers and introduce them to services designed to support employee mental health and wellbeing. You'll ideally have: A proactive, self-motivated and target-driven mindset. Confident communication and interpersonal skills. A professional and enthusiastic approach. Good organisational skills and the ability to manage your workload. Resilience, ambition and a desire to achieve results. An interest in developing a long-term career in sales. Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, recruitment, fundraising or a customer-facing role would be beneficial. What's On Offer? €33,000 basic salary.
