Position Overview:

The firm is recruiting Litigation Paralegals to handle housing disrepair matters. This is an entry level friendly role where candidates will be trained to manage their own caseload, gaining full exposure to the litigation lifecycle from intake to resolution.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of housing disrepair claims
• Handle files from initial instruction through to settlement or resolution
• Draft basic legal correspondence and documentation
• Communicate with clients, landlords, and third parties
• Maintain accurate records and case updates
• Work towards targets and performance metrics
• Apply procedural knowledge learned through training

Eligibility:

• No prior experience required (training provided)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
• Good organisational and time management skills
• Interest in litigation and dispute resolution
