Position Overview:

The firm is hiring a Senior Associate (Information Technology) for a full time role focusing on litigation and advisory work, especially involving intermediaries and technology law matters.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Managing client relationships and leading interactions
• Formulating litigation and advisory strategies
• Drafting pleadings for social media intermediaries across courts and tribunals
• Advising on intermediary liability, data protection, content moderation, and criminal law
• Mentoring and supervising junior associates

Eligibility:

• 5 8 years of PQE
• Strong knowledge of IT law framework, including the IT Act and related regulations
• Excellent drafting and research skills
• Ability to translate legal complexity into practical advice
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple matters efficiently
