Position Overview

The firm is looking to recruit an Associate to join its Litigation Team in Gurugram. This role is ideal for a professional with an interest in criminal litigation within the IP framework, focusing on enforcement, trials, and coordination with statutory authorities.

Eligibility Criteria
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) in litigation.
  • Legal Skills: Strong legal research, drafting skills, and a solid understanding of criminal trial procedures.
  • Analytical Ability: Proficiency in conducting infringement analysis and providing sound legal opinions.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent coordination skills to work with law enforcement agencies and internal cross-office teams.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
  • Criminal Litigation: Drafting and reviewing criminal complaints and actively conducting criminal trials.
  • IP Enforcement: Performing infringement analysis and coordinating with law enforcement agencies across India for enforcement actions.
  • Advisory: Conducting extensive legal research and providing advisory and opinion work for clients.
  • Collaboration: Coordinating across various K&S offices to streamline workflows and ensure optimal work output.
