About the Opportunity

Hinduja Leyland Finance Ltd is inviting applications for the position of Legal Officer - Commercial Vehicle Portfolio & LOS Recovery . This role involves handling recovery-related litigation, arbitration matters, and legal compliance for the commercial vehicle portfolio. Local candidates are preferred.

Eligibility Criteria

• LL.B. (3-year or 5-year course)
• Minimum 2 years of relevant legal experience
• Strong experience in arbitration proceedings
• Knowledge of NI Act Section 138
• Experience in handling EP cases, consumer cases, and criminal matters
• Ability to manage police complaints and customer visits
• Proficiency in MS Office and Excel
• Professional attitude and ability to work independently

Nature of Work / Responsibilities

• Managing legal matters related to commercial vehicle portfolio and recovery
• Handling arbitration proceedings and NI Act matters
• Managing EP cases, consumer cases, and criminal matters
• Coordinating customer visits and recovery-related tasks
• Handling police complaints and related documentation
• Supporting legal compliance and documentation work

Stipend

CTC up to 25,000 + attractive incentives
