The firm is hiring a Debt Recovery Paralegal to manage a fast paced and varied caseload. The role involves end to end handling of debt recovery matters, from initial instruction through to enforcement and resolution, ensuring commercially effective outcomes for clients.

• Manage a full caseload of debt recovery files independently
• Handle matters from instruction to final resolution
• Prepare and issue legal documents, including winding up petitions
• Ensure timely and cost effective recovery strategies
• Liaise with clients and internal teams to provide updates and legal support
• Maintain compliance with legal procedures and regulatory frameworks
• Contribute to a solutions driven, client focused service delivery

• Proven experience as a Debt Recovery Paralegal
• Strong understanding of debt recovery procedures and insolvency processes
• Experience handling high value and complex matters
• Ability to prepare and manage winding up petitions
• Excellent organisational and case management skills
• Strong commercial awareness and problem solving ability
