Position Overview

The firm is seeking an experienced Commercial Paralegal to join its Conveyancing Department. This is a full-time, permanent role suited for candidates with significant experience in conveyancing or commercial property law, looking to advance within a reputable legal practice.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage a busy conveyancing caseload with accuracy and efficiency
• Support fee earners in both commercial and residential property matters
• Ensure compliance with Lexcel and CQS quality standards
• Maintain high standards of client communication and service
• Ensure all work adheres to regulatory, procedural, and internal guidelines

Eligibility

• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Paralegal (preferably in conveyancing/commercial property)
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Ability to handle multiple deadlines effectively
