Roles and Responsibilities

Mode: Offline

• Hands on exposure to in house legal operations
• Working on corporate contracts, advisory, and compliance matters
• Assisting senior legal professionals in day to day legal functions
• Supporting general corporate advisory work

Eligibility Criteria

• From reputed colleges/universities
• 5th Year students preferred; 4th Year students may also apply
• Prior internships in general corporate advisory / corporate law teams preferred
• Experience with law firms or in house legal teams preferred
• Candidates with only litigation focused experience may not be preferred

Who Can Apply

4th or 5th year law students from reputed universities with interest/experience in corporate law and in house practice.
