Job Description
As a Job Consultant, you will be the primary point of contact for our temporary employees. You play a key role in ensuring their smooth integration and overall satisfaction. The tasks associated with this important role are very diverse, they range from supporting employees at the start of their projects and arranging accommodations, transportation, and registrations, to solving problems and answering their questions. You are attentive to their needs, ensuring they feel at home and that the collaboration runs seamlessly.

Your tasks include

  • Assisting with onboarding temporary employees, including registration and housing arrangements.
  • Addressing employee inquiries and resolving issues independently.
  • Conducting visits to housing facilities and maintaining regular communication with employees.
  • Monitoring employee well-being and fostering a positive experience.
  • Processing administrative tasks accurately in the system.

Job Requirements:
  • You possess an MBO-level education and are fluent in English; knowledge of Dutch and/or Eastern European language(s) is an advantage.
  • Experience in the temporary employment sector is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • You are available to work weekends, before or after office hours, and excel in handling stressful situations.
  • Your customer-oriented mindset and ability to think in terms of opportunities make you an ideal candidate. You enjoy connecting with people and creating an environment where they feel comfortable and supported.
