Job Coach for SEND Interns - Build Futures

Sovereign & Bale is seeking a Job Coach in Harrogate & Skipton to support young people with learning difficulties or disabilities into employment. You will deliver tailored on the job coaching within host businesses and help interns develop workplace skills.

You'll work with employers, tutors and families, promote inclusive practice, and assist with access to work and benefits. A Level 3 Supported Employment qualification and SEND experience are valued.
