Job Description
JC Coaching+ is hiring for a temporary job coach position (CDD %) for its Coaching+ sector, which encompasses various support measures towards employment for adults, migrants, parents, and young adults benefiting from the Insertion Income (RI). Your main responsibilities include:- Conducting individual job coaching interviews with participants to define and validate a professional project towards employment or further education and carry out a skills assessment.- Evaluating participants' achievements according to set objectives and assisting them in implementing their professional integration project.- Collaborating with specialized coaches in a systemic approach in case of participant blockages.- Participating, alongside employment advisors, in the search for internship and apprenticeship placements as well as fixed job positions and temporary missions.- Collaborating with other professionals in the sector, such as psychologists from the testing unit and personnel managers to ensure consistency in follow-ups, keeping participants at the center of attention.- Writing reports and successfully conducting tripartite interviews and networking.- Ensuring the follow-up and measurement of actions required for the role.Required qualifications:- A degree from a university or HES relevant to the role: Bachelor or Master in social sciences, psychology, human resource management, or equivalent certification in job coaching.- Experience in the field of professional reintegration.- Experience working with a diverse audience.- Knowledge of the job market and the job placement field.- Analytical, synthesis, and report writing skills.- Empathy, the ability to maintain distance, autonomy, and a solution-oriented approach.- Ability to conduct interviews and engage participants.- Excellent communication skills and active listening.- Proficiency in common software.- A clean special criminal record (to be provided upon hiring) and a driver's license.We offer:- The opportunity to thrive in an engaged organization that performs meaningful work.- A varied, dynamic, and motivating work environment within one of the largest charitable organizations in Switzerland.- Modern working conditions, a salary, and social benefits (according to the collective agreement of OSEO).Work locations: Lausanne, with possible travel throughout the canton as needed.
