Production Line Lead - Loughrea

Join a Dynamic team at Chanelle Pharma and help deliver high-quality pharmaceutical products to a global market. We are seeking a proactive line lead to support daily production operations, drive improvements and lead a high performing team.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead production lines to meet daily/weekly targets/schedules
• Ensure smooth line operation: materials, equipment, documentation, IPC checks
• Carry out minor machine adjustments and maintain GMP/FDA standards
• Communicate targets and support training for operators
• Maintain strong hygiene, safety, and compliance standards
• Collaborate with quality on batch documentation, audits and deviations
• Motivate and support your team to meet KPIs and maintain high performance
• Promote safety, report incidents and support a positive health and Safety culture.

About you

• 4+ years experience in a regulated FDA/HPRS manufacturing environment
• Experience with technical equipment (solid dose, liquid dose, or blister packing)
• Proven leadership capability (team lead or similar role desirable)
• Strong communication, decision-making, and problem solving skills
• Good knowledge of GMP/GDP and willingness to take on training

Shift Pattern

Rotating every 3 weeks;

• Days: 8am - 4:10pm (Mon - Thurs), 8am - 3:10pm (Fri)
• Evenings: 4pm - 12:10am (Mon - Thurs), 3pm - 10:10pm (Friday)
• Nights: 12am - 8:10am (Mon- Thurs), 10pm - 5:10am (Friday)
