Jo Malone London, the renowned British fragrance house, celebrates British style with unexpected fragrances and the elegant art of gift giving. Today the brand is available in 33 countries worldwide and continues to inspire a loyal following.

This is a permanent full-time position. The successful candidate will work the following roster:

• Tuesday: 11am - 7pm


• Thursday: 9am - 5pm


• Friday: 9am - 5pm


• Saturday: 9am - 5pm

The Role:

You will be a natural born leader who works well in a team and can lead by example, share their knowledge and skills, be open to implementing new business ideas and above all want to grow your counter and business to its full potential. You will also:

• Manage targets and sales figures.


• Create and build a clientele where you will be their trusted Advisor.


• Recommend fragrances based on product knowledge and your customers preferences.


• Motivate, mentor and lead a team.


• Implement self-starter promotions and new business initiatives.


• Manage and maintain appropriate stock levels, visual and merchandise presentations.


• Be the glue that holds the counter together.

About You:

We are seeking a Counter Manager to join our team who has:

• Superior selling skills, with proven experience meeting and exceeding targets and KPI's, (experience within the beauty industry or with a luxury Brand would be an advantage).


• Great time management, problem solving and communication skills, to ensure our customers receive a first class shopping experience.


• A passion for fragrances, and helping our customers feel great about themselves.


• Experience managing a small team would be an advantage.
