Jewellery Production & Customer Service Coordinator

AURUM + GREY is a London-based personalised fine jewellery brand, seeking a Production Assistant & Customer Services Administrator to support production and customer care. The role covers order progression from purchase to dispatch, with emphasis on accuracy, communication and a warm customer experience.

You will help jewellery artisans by maintaining inventory, quality checks and timely updates for customers, while using order-management systems and spreadsheets to keep workflows smooth.
