Jersey Litigation Associate: Trusts, Insolvency & Arbitration

Lipson Lloyd-Jones seeks two litigation associates to join a Jersey office, delivering a full range of litigation services to UK and international clients, including financial institutions, fiduciary service providers, commercial entities and private individuals.

The work covers trust disputes, insolvencies, boardroom battles, fraud and asset recovery, regulatory enforcement and arbitration; the role involves extensive direct client contact, supervising paralegals and legal assistants, and
