In collaboration with ICADE/ONEXED, Gestamp offers a unique 9-month development path that includes:

5 months of academic preparation in Madrid (Master's program_ICADE)

4 months of paid international internship at one of Gestamp's global locations

• Start date: October 2025 (academic phase)
• Academic period: Oct-Feb fee 19650€ (Partial Scholarships available supported by GESTAMP)
• Internship period: March-July 2026
• Location of internship: International (relocation supported)
• Internship type: Full-time, paid
• Language: English (B2+)
• Fields of study: Engineering, Business, Finance

Ideal Profile:

• Young graduates with international mindset
• Strong interest in industrial project management
• Fluent in English (B2+); other languages are a plus
• Available to relocate internationally
