Java Software Engineer

MISSION:

As part of the development of our entity Abylsen Italy, specialized in Transport (automotive, aeronautics, defense, space and rail), Heavy Industry (metallurgy, steel plant), Energy and IT, we are looking for a Java Software Engineer in the Aerospace & Defense sectors to integrate our team of consultants and bring their expertise on all our projects.

What is the challenge?

ACTIVITIES:

• Software analysis and design using Object-Oriented methodologies (UML, design patterns, etc.)
• Develop and maintain high-performance software components using Java and C++
• Apply TDD (Test-Driven Development) principles and conduct Unit Testing to ensure software reliability
• Implement DevOps practices
• Develop using network protocols
• Develop efficient scripts in Python and Bash to automate processes

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or similar
• At least 4 years of experience in a similar role
• Excellent knowledge and experience in Java and C++ development
• Experience with Version Control tools (GIT)
• Strong knowledge of Jira
• Familiarity with Continuous Integration tools (Jenkins)
• Good knowledge of testing frameworks such as JUnit and CPPUnit
• Good knowledge of English (B2 level)
