Responsibility

Develop & maintain Java back end services (Java21+, SpringBoot)

Write clean, testable code that powers our clients' cloud applications.

Support the team

- pair program, review pull requests and share knowledge

Grow your own skills while helping peers improve theirs.

Learn cloud fundamentals

- deploy to AWS/Azure, work with Docker/Kubernetes pipelines

Gain hands on experience with the platforms that power modern enterprises.

Participate in Agile ceremonies

(stand ups, sprint planning, retros)

Contribute ideas, estimate work and see features ship regularly.

Continuous improvement

- write unit/integration tests, automate builds, suggest tooling upgrades

Help raise the quality bar across the squad.

What we're looking for

Core Java competence - solid grasp of OOP, collections, streams and exception handling.
SpringBoot exposure - building REST APIs, using Spring Data/JPA.
Eager to learn - interest in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and containerisation.
Team player - good communication, enjoys code reviews and mentorship.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or demonstrable project experience.
