Job Description- Deliver high-quality business analysis to support strategic and financial initiatives within corporate planning.
- Conduct detailed analyses of market trends, pricing strategies, demographics, geographic performance, and product features.
- Prepare and present analytical reports, dashboards, and performance reviews for senior management.
- Monitor key performance indicators and conduct variance analysis to support planning and.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to integrate insights into pricing decisions, product launches, and regional strategies.
- Act as a liaison between European teams and headquarters, ensuring alignment and effective communication.
- Contribute to the development of forecasting and planning tools and support cross-functional projects requiring scenario modelling.
- 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, financial analysis, or corporate planning, ideally within gaming or entertainment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Japanese.
- Strong understanding of pricing strategies, market research, and business performance analysis.
- Proficiency in analytical and visualisation tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau, and financial modelling techniques.
- Degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related discipline; advanced qualifications are advantageous.
- Ability to work collaboratively across regions and adapt to a fast-paced international environment.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to delivering actionable insights.
