JapaneseSpeakingSystemsOperations&SupportEngineer-Responsibilities

• Provide 1st line operational support for SAP or ERP systems
• Handle first-level user inquiries (incidents, errors, and how-to questions)
• Perform initial issue triage, log analysis, and escalates to internal or external teams as needed
• Communicate with users in both Japanese and English as part of bilingual support
• Create and maintain documentation related to system operations and maintenance
• Collaborate with partner companies and vendors when required

JapaneseSpeakingSystemsOperations&SupportEngineer-Requirements

• Experience in operating and maintaining SAP (any module) or ERP systems
• Strong communication skills in both Japanese and English
