• Oversight&Monitoring.Challengeandvalidatedatainplanviewincludingstatus,progress,milestones,RAIDsandFinancials,drivingactionwithPM'stocorrectandmanageinformation.
• Risk&IssueManagement:SupportportfolioleadtoresolveissuesandcontrolthePortfolio.
• UndertakeProjectReviews/HealthChecksFacilitateweeklyWorkingGroup(PortfolioleadandallPM'S)reviewandsharingofstatus/progressonallprojectsincludingprep
• PortfolioCommitteesincludingpackproduction,meetingschedule,minutesandactions,attendees/distributionlists

JapanesespeakingPMO-Compliance&FinancialCrime-TheSkillsYou'llNeedtoSucceed:

• Demonstrablepracticalexperiencewithdemandandfinancialplanningrequired,previousexperiencewithPMO/PLCprocessesandcontrolsbeneficial
• JapaneseLanguageskillsbeneficial
• Extensiveknowledgeandinsightincybersecurity alongwithprovenexperienceinprovidingproactivesupporttoprojectmanagementteams.
• Informationsecurityknowledge,Designingandexecutingcompliance&Financialcrimestrategiesstrategiesandcountermeasures
• Developingandimplementingcybersecurityinitiativesandprotocols
