• Raise, respond, and complete IT tickets within the Service Management system.
• Assist students and staff with hardware and software issues.
• Set up and configure PC/laptop equipment.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose problems, escalating as needed.
• Provide one-on-one training on technology.
• Support password resets and security best practices.
• Maintain records of equipment and repairs.
• Guide users on new software and equipment.
• Handle general administrative IT support tasks.
• Serve as the first point of contact for error reporting and ticket raising.
