Management of Modern Workplace environments using Intune, operational management (MCO) of client environments and infrastructures such as:- Veeam (VBR - VBA - VBM365)- VMware (vCenter and ESX)- Windows Server (Windows updates, AVD & Citrix business updates)Management and resolution of complex tickets and issues (level 3). Documentation and updating of procedures and active maintenance of controls (regulated clients and clients with technical contacts and on-call support).Your profileTransversal engineer with 5 to 10 years of experience, you possess advanced knowledge of various technological components. You have advanced mastery of different Microsoft technology components - Intune, Entra ID, M365, and possess solid experience in messaging: troubleshooting, managing email flow (incoming, outgoing). You are proficient with scripts via PowerShell and Ansible. You are familiar with ITIL processes and methodology (especially Change management). You have proven DevOps skills (Git, pipeline, CI/CD) which are differentiating and highly valued. You are accustomed to multi-client environments.
