About The RoleLove Business are looking for a talented IT Systems Administrator to help us continue building a secure, modern, and cloud-first technology environment.

Working closely with the CTO and wider IT team, you'll support our internal teams and remote users across the UK, ensuring our systems are secure, reliable, and optimised for productivity.
What You Can Expect to Be Doing Modern Identity & Access Management- Manage and optimise Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), including Conditional Access and identity protection.
- Support automated onboarding and offboarding using cloud-native lifecycle workflows.
- Configure and maintain Windows 11 devices using Microsoft Intune.
- Manage compliance policies, device configurations, Autopilot deployments, and update rings.
- Administer the Microsoft Defender XDR suite (Endpoint, Identity, Office 365, Cloud Apps).
- Monitor alerts and contribute to continuous security improvements using Zero Trust principles. Experience with Cloudflare would be advantageous, but not essential.
- Support and administer Microsoft 365, including Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online, OneDrive.
- Assist with RingCentral telephony.
- Provide friendly, effective 1st and 2nd line technical support for users onsite and remotely.
- Deliver guidance and documentation to help users make the most of our modern workplace tools.
- Use PowerShell to automate routine tasks and drive operational efficiency.
- Evaluate new cloud features and help shape the future of our IT environment.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID, Defender, and Windows 11
- Good understanding of Zero Trust, MFA, Conditional Access, and cloud-first architectures
- Experience with PowerShell and task automation
- Strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive, positive attitude
- Excellent communication and customer-focused mindset
- Keen interest in emerging Microsoft Cloud technologies and modern IT practices
- Experience with Azure fundamentals
- Knowledge of cloud-native networking
- Familiarity with M365 backup solutions
