IT Support Technician

The Role
A great, long-established IT services company is looking for an enthusiastic and skilled IT Support Technician to join their team. This company provides and supports IT systems for clients across the UK, taking pride in their high level of technical expertise and professional approach.
They respect value, integrity and the environment in which they operate. This is a home-based, full time - ideal for someone who has previous IT Support experience.
What You'll Need
- Prior experience in an IT Helpdesk or Engineer role.
- Experience working with Cloud based Microsoft systems, servers - coupled with a strong working knowledge of Office 365.
- A professional and proactive approach
- Strong, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
The Role
- Act as the first point of contact for clients, via telephone and email.
- Log and track support issues via the company's ticket system.
- Keep accurate records and documentation.
- Collaborate with other team members.
- Receive comprehensive in-house training including a 3-day induction at company offices.
The Hours & Benefits
- 20 Hours a week, home based with flexible hours available.
