IT Support Manager

As an IT Support Manager is required to provide 1 st and 2 nd level support in a busy organisation with multiple users.Some of your duties will include:

• Managing, organising and evaluating IT systems and electronic data operations
• Installing and configuring hardware, software, networks, printers and scanners
• Ensuring security of data, network access and backup systems throughout company
• Liaising with third-party Contractors when necessary to resolve technical issues
• Managing a register of when maintenance was completed and a schedule of dates
• Managing IT asset register and handling annual budget to ensure cost effectiveness
