Job Description: You will be the primary technical problem-solver for a fast-paced creative team, managing 1st and 2nd line support with exposure to 3rd line systems. What you will do

• Act as the first point of contact for troubleshooting hardware, software, and access issues via a dedicated ticketing system
• Support the maintenance of cloud systems including M365 and G Suite, alongside Windows Server and network infrastructure
• Manage hardware lifecycles, including equipment setup, performance monitoring, and ensuring robust security and GDPR compliance

The Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience in an IT support role, preferably within a creative or SME environment wearing multiple hats
• Technical proficiency in Windows Server, M365, and general network troubleshooting with a methodical approach to problem solving
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non technical creative teams
