Profectus Recruitment is working with a growing organisation looking to add an IT Support Engineer to its internal IT team.

This is a varied role offering a mix of helpdesk support, infrastructure administration and project work. You'll support users across multiple sites, helping to maintain and improve the systems the business relies on every day.

Key responsibilities:

- Providing 1st and 2nd line IT support to end users

- Supporting Microsoft 365, Active Directory and Azure environments

- Building, deploying and maintaining end-user devices

- Troubleshooting hardware, software and networking issues

- Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes

- Assisting with system upgrades, migrations and IT projects

- Maintaining documentation and supporting IT best practice

What we're looking for:

- Previous experience in an IT support role

- Strong knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365 and Active Directory

- Experience with Intune and Azure

- Good understanding of networking fundamentals

- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills

- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
