What You'll Be Doing

• Delivering first line and desktop IT support to internal staff
• Logging and managing tickets via the service desk
• Setting up and configuring laptops and desktop equipment
• Supporting Microsoft 365 users
• Assisting with user account administration
• Troubleshooting hardware and software issues
• Carrying out desk moves and equipment relocations
• Following established IT processes and security standards

What You'll Bring

• Basic knowledge of Windows 11
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365
• A proactive, problem solving mindset
• About 1 year's experience in an IT support role is preferred
• Exposure to Active Directory
• Basic networking knowledge
• An IT qualification (e.g. CompTIA A+ or similar)
