IT Support Engineer

• Provide advanced support for hardware, software, and network issues
• Maintain and troubleshoot firewalls (Palo Alto/Checkpoint), VPNs, routers, and switches
• Support and manage Windows servers, desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
• Handle user account management, software rollouts, and security updates
• Ensure compliance with GDPR and internal security protocols

What You Bring:

• Strong networking and firewall skills with Cisco configuration experience
• Proficiency in TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and server basics
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft, or ITIL (preferred)
• Excellent communication, troubleshooting, and documentation abilities
