IT Support & Project Coordinator - 11+ months - Paris

We are currently looking for an IT Support & Project Coordinator to join an exciting project at a leading luxury retail client.

Your mission will be to ensure a smooth delivery across infrastructure and workplace environments by acting as a central point of contact and enabling seamless collaboration between technical and business stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

• Support IT plans, suppliers, and stakeholders
• Lead status meetings and proactively manage risks and dependencies
• Collaborate with international teams across multiple locations
• Support infrastructure, network, and workplace environment projects
• Ensure smooth Build-to-Run handover and post go-live support

Required skills & profile:

• 2+ years of experience in IT
• Project Coordinator experience
• Strong communicator bridging IT and business
• Proactive, agile, and solution-oriented
• Experience in infrastructure or workplace environment projects
• Fluent in English & French

Project details:

• Start: ASAP
• Duration: 11months +
• 40 hours per week
• Hybrid, 3 days on site
