Job Description
Capgemini in the United Kingdom is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to be the first point of contact for customers, delivering 1st line IT support and ensuring a great service experience. The role operates on a 4 days on / 4 days off pattern, with shifts from 7:00am to 6:00pm.
You will handle requests by phone, email, and web chat, log cases, and provide guidance or escalate as needed while keeping customers updated on progress. Training is provided to build IT knowledge.
