IT Support Analyst - Legal Firm Brussels, Belgium
Top Tier Law firm is looking for a mid level IT Support Analyst to provide a mixture of 1st and 2nd line technical support, ensuring users receive excellent service while helping maintain a reliable and efficient technology environment.
Key Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day 1st and 2nd line IT support to users across the Brussels office

Troubleshoot hardware, software, access, and user issues

Manage incidents, requests, and escalations through the service desk process

Support users across Microsoft technologies and core workplace applications

Assist with onboarding, user setup, equipment deployment, and troubleshooting

Work closely with colleagues across the wider IT team to resolve issues

Maintain strong communication with users and stakeholders

Ensure excellent customer service and a high-quality user experience
Role requires person to work in the office 5 days per week and you must have experience of working for the legal profession.
