IT Support Administrator

IT Support Administrator required by a market-leading digital technology business based in Paddington who continue to grow exponentially. We are seeking a confident Support Engineer with solid MacOS skills who is looking for a great career option, and who is ideally able to start within 1 month.

My client partners with an enviable list of clients and due to ongoing growth they are at the point where they need an IT Administrator to assist with their day-to-day IT support requirements. Their environment is based across two sites (London [Paddington] and Brighton) with a small physical data centre and some physical infrastructure on both sites.

Their laptops are a mix of Mac and Windows so this role requires commercial experience supporting both MacOS and Windows setups. They have a great technical setup generally, with their cloud infrastructure hosted on AWS and Kubernetes (no experience needed with these!).

As an IT Support Administrator the general duties would consist mostly of 1st and 2nd Line support, with laptop configuring for new starters and desktop assistance to their (~150) user base. You'd gain great exposure to some niche systems so this represents a fantastic opportunity for a junior to accelerate their career or for a support professional to find an established home with great growth prospects.

We are looking for an IT Support Administrator with the following skills:

• Happy working 5-days on-site in Paddington
• Must be able to start within 1 month
• 1st Line and some 2nd Line support experience (2-5 years)
• Both MacOS AND Windows is a hard requirement
• Laptop and iPhone configuring/provisioning/re-imaging; new user account creation
• Apple device management using tools like Apple Business Manager, or MDM with Jamf
• Ability to support both hardware and software (eg occasional office equipment upgrades, WiFi equipment etc)
• Previous work with a scale up or fast-growing agency of a similar size (150-200 end users) would be a great bonus
