IT Solutions Manager - 12 Month FTC (£65,000)
Location: Surrey - on site 2-3 days p/w

My client is looking to recruit a highly experienced IT Solution Manager to work initially on a 12 month fixed term basis with the likelihood of going permanent. Within this varied role, you will work closely with and support the Group CTO in the identification, analysis, definition, implementation and facilitation of primarily non-system solutions. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving real business problems, engaging with a wide range of stakeholders, and seeing things through from start to finish. you'll be working across multiple teams to support advancing IT strategy whilst working with the BAU, Operational and Product/project support teams along with potential suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve a broad mix of technical and organisational challenges.
• Define procedures and processes, facilitate meetings and gather requirements.
• Identify key stakeholders in varied emerging situations
• Analyse business requirements.
• Define next steps and manage progress through to completion.
• Liaise confidently with internal teams, business stakeholders, and third-party suppliers.
• Take ownership of high-priority or stalled initiatives on behalf of senior leadership.
• Manage multiple ongoing priorities across different workstreams.
• Resolve issues and communicate across the business, clients and third parties.

• Solid background as an IT Project Management and Delivery/Solution Management.
• Ability to manage numerous concurrent tasks
• Proven Business Analysis/requirement gathering ability
• Strong problem-solving skills and the confidence to work independently.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Someone whos pragmatic, delivery-focused, and not afraid to ask tough questions.
• Familiarity with IT systems, infrastructure, and business process improvement is a plus.
