Working as part of a highly performing team, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth IT operations by assisting employees with technical problems, escalating complex issues, and maintaining IT service records.
You will have proven experience of:
- Troubleshooting & Support
- Hardware & Software Management
- Incident Logging & Documentation
