As the IT Service Desk Technician, you will provided frontline technical support to users, troubleshooting and resolving IT issues related to hardware, software, and network systems.

Working as part of a highly performing team, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth IT operations by assisting employees with technical problems, escalating complex issues, and maintaining IT service records.

You will have proven experience of:

• Troubleshooting & Support
• Hardware & Software Management
• Incident Logging & Documentation

Must be able to talk business professional English & Dutch.
