IT Service Desk Employee (f/m/d) THE COMPANY

To strengthen our team in Heidelberg, we are looking for an IT Service Desk employee (f/m/d) - initially on a temporary basis for 1 year, with the option of a permanent position.

THE POSITION

As an IT Service Desk employee (f/m/d), you will report to the IT Team Manager and our CIO. You will support the front-end systems (notebooks, PCs, printers, scanners, MFCs, etc.) as well as user inquiries regarding the software solutions used. At the same time, you will be responsible for error analysis and finding solutions in 1st level support.

YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY:
  • General 1st and 2nd level support - from error analysis to resolution
  • Processing incidents and user requests - both by telephone and via the ticket system
  • Administration and further development of front-end systems (notebooks, PCs, printers, scanners, telephones, cell phones, etc.) and the software solutions used
  • Administration of user accounts and access rights in Azure AD / Active Directory and other applications (on request)
  • Documentation of knowledge base articles and tickets
  • Planning and implementation of IT projects and migrations
  • Cooperative collaboration with users and customers
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • Completed vocational training as an IT specialist (f/m/d) in the field of system integration or another IT-related qualification
  • Good knowledge of the administration of Windows clients and other front-end systems as well as Azure AD / Active Directory
  • Ideally experience in the administration of Microsoft 365 (including Microsoft Intune) as well as printers, scanners, MFC, telephone devices/systems and cell phones
  • Service-oriented interaction with users and internal customers - even in difficult situations
  • Very good analytical-conceptual skills, an independent way of working, team spirit and analytical thinking
  • Fluency in German and English
