IT Service Desk Associate - Temporary

Brook Street is seeking a Service Desk Customer Support Operative (Temporary) in Plymouth. This full-time, on-site role pays £13.90 per hour and runs 37 hours per week, with shift options from 7am-3pm or 9am-5pm.

As part of the Service Management Centre, you'll be the single point of contact for IT user enquiries, logging and updating incidents, and delivering clear guidance to users while maintaining high customer satisfaction. The position starts December 2026 with potential extension.
