IT Project Manager - Transactional System Integration

As a partner of prestigious companies in the French-speaking part of Switzerland, we are looking for an IT Project Manager - Transactional System, passionate and experienced, to join our dynamic team. Role objectives: Engaged in the second segment of program X, the company seeks to strengthen its setup with an IT Project Manager whose main mission will be to drive complex projects and system upgrades, ensuring compliance with deadlines, scope, and team composition, which the consultant will join: about 12-20 people (internal IT teams, Business Analysts, PO, Test Analysts).Mission objectives: Strengthen IT project management teams to support two major projects of program X and guarantee their delivery on time, budget, and scope. The entrusted projects include: System X: the new Guidewire with the X system and other related systems. Project E-Fnol: Evolution of the X claims system online. Ongoing project. Ensure effective collaboration between all involved teams. Ensure rigorous tracking of activities and orchestrate project phases: - Organize and lead weekly meetings and main instances (kick-off, steering committees).- Collaborate with the Product Owners (PO) and the involved teams. Identify and manage temporal interdependencies with other projects. Tracking and reporting: - Oversee project stages, ensuring compliance with deadlines. - Develop clear and regular reporting to monitor activity progress, risks, and issues. - Work closely with Release Management to ensure timely delivery.Team collaboration: - Orchestrate and coordinate the work of the different teams while facilitating communication between parties. - Identify and resolve bottlenecks to keep the project on track. Ensuring quality, cost, and deadlines:- Implement best project governance practices to ensure delivery meets defined conditions.Required skills: - Experience required: 4 to 5 years in IT project management, ideally in complex environments. Knowledge of the insurance world would be a plus.- Technical skills: Proficiency in (APIs, synchronous/asynchronous flows between systems, data, connectors). Understanding of architectures involving multiple systems. Knowledge of ERP environments.Skills: - Excellent ability to structure, plan, and manage priorities. Knowledge of project management tools such as Confluence, JIRA, or similar. A degree in engineering or project management is appreciated (Agile, Prince2, SAFe, etc.).
