IT Project Manager - Start:ASAP - Remote - 12 months+

For our customer in Germany, we are looking for an experienced IT project Manager with project experience in Sinch Contact Pro.

Tasks:
* Provide operational support and ensure stable operation of the Sinch Contact Center
* Manage and coordinate activities related to the global rollout of the Sinch & Boost.ai integration
* Support implementation, optimization, and continuous improvement of the contact center solution
* Coordinate with international stakeholders and business units
* Ensure smooth day-to-day operations during standard business hours

Skills:
* Minimum 5 years of experience as an IT Project Manager or senior IT expert
* Strong expertise in Sinch Contact Pro
* Experience with Boost.ai is highly desirable
* Proven experience in operating and scaling contact center environments
