IT Project Administrator

Robert Walters is working in partnership with a leading retail and hospitality services institution. They provide a range of services and products a global consumer base.

They are now keen to appoint an IT Project Administrator for a 12-month contract - paying a competitive day rater Inside IR35 with a hybrid working model from their central Dublin offices.

IT Project Administrator: Duties

• Monitor compliance of IT controls, processes & governance
• Follow security & risk frameworks
• Drive Risk, Compliance, Audit and Regulatory programmes
• Manage IT Controllership function
• Manage continuous improvement of control framework
• Verify controllership/Operations calendar
• Document processes and roadmap for running controllership function
• Executer IT Controllership controls & establish operating rhythm
• Manage key governance and ensure compliance
• Maintain accessibility of relevant information of stakeholders
• Oversee IT/Security audit engagements
• Mediator between Product & Technology teams
• Monitor resolution of any audit findings across services providers
• Ensure controls are operating effectively
• Ensure oversight of Incident, Problem and Change
• Manage engagement with Risk Function

The position for an IT Project Administrator is a 12- month contract paying a competitive day rate Inside IR35, with a hybrid working mode from the Central Dublin offices.
