IT Operations Manager

Overview

Roc Search are currently recruiting for a Head of IT Operations to join a highly successful team working for a public sector organisation based in Sheffield. This role focuses on IT operations management across the organisation and involves leading on day-to-day support as well as project work.

Responsibilities

• Manage 2 direct reports and lead day-to-day IT operations across the estate.
• Work on projects and oversee cybersecurity in collaboration with a third-party provider.

Requirements

Essential skills

• Microsoft 365 Stack (Sentinel, Defender, Exchange etc.)
• Azure
• Management, mentoring, team lead or stakeholder management experience

Desirable skills

• Powershell
• Power Apps

Working pattern & Benefits

You will need to be in the office 3-4 times a week due to the hands-on nature of the role.
