This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both hands-on technical work and strategic improvement. Initially, you'll spend your time delivering practical support and stabilising the environment, while gradually taking ownership of IT operations, service management and long-term planning.

You will be instrumental in shaping a modern, professional internal IT department- from service desk implementation to infrastructure optimisation and future roadmap creation.

Qualifications

• Essential Skills
• Strong experience with Microsoft 365 maintenance and administration.
• Good experience in network infrastructure and cloud technologies.
• Confident communication skills - comfortable engaging with users at all levels.
• Ability to work hands-on while developing scalable processes.
• Confident engaging and managing 3rd party vendors.
