Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic IT Manager to lead our Technical & Development department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of the IT infrastructure, managing a team of IT professionals, and ensuring the seamless functioning of all technical systems within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Planning:

   • Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with the company's objectives.
   • Collaborate with senior management to identify and prioritize IT initiatives.

2. Team Leadership:

   • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of IT professionals.
   • Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.

3. Infrastructure Management:

   • Oversee the maintenance, security, and performance of the company's IT systems.
   • Implement best practices for network and server infrastructure.

4. Project Management:

   • Manage and coordinate IT projects from initiation to completion.
   • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

5. Security and Compliance:

   • Develop and enforce security policies and procedures.
   • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

6. Vendor Management:

   • Evaluate and manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers.
   • Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure cost-effectiveness.

7. Troubleshooting and Support:

   • Provide technical support for staff and resolve escalated IT issues.
   • Implement proactive measures to prevent system downtime.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience (X years) in IT management roles.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and applications.
• Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
• Strong problem solving and decision making skills.
• Familiarity with industry best practices and emerging technologies.
