IT Lead - Banking Sector (Dutch Speaking)

Are you a strategic and hands-on IT leader ready to drive digital transformation in banking? We're looking for an experienced Engineering Lead to guide a team of DevOps engineers and shape the technical roadmap for future-proof banking solutions.

What you'll do:

• Lead a team of ~18 engineers in delivering secure, scalable, and high-quality applications
• Define and maintain the technology roadmap with a focus on resilience, modernization, and innovation
• Collaborate with Business Leads and Architects to translate business needs into impactful technical solutions
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing
• Ensure 24/7 availability and security of banking services

What you bring:

• 8+ years of experience leading software engineering teams in Agile environments
• Strong technical knowledge in Angular, Java (Spring), Python, Pega, and AWS
• Proven ability to coach, develop, and inspire engineering talent
• Experience with vendor management and sourcing models (on-/near-/offshoring)
• Fluent Dutch (spoken & written) is essential
