IT Incident Manager

IT Incident Manager vacancy for our Luxembourg based client in the Banking sector.

Your tasks:

• Develop and implement cutting-edge incident response methodologies.
• Evaluate and enhance incident response plans to align with emerging technologies and industry advancements.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between IT, cybersecurity, and business operations during incident response.
• Identify vulnerabilities within the IT landscape and implement proactive measures to fortify systems against potential threats.
• Analyze daily incident data, extracting insights for continuous improvement.

Your experience/knowledge:

• BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar position in the information technology and/or finance sector.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
• Knowledge in JIRA and HP Service Manager/Service Now would be considered as an asset.
• Language skills: English fluent, German and/or French (nice to have).

• Pro-active thinking and knowledge sharing.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail in high-pressure situations.
