You will join a team where your expertise will directly contribute to resources and the proper functioning of the infrastructure.We offerOur client provides a stimulating work environment within an IT team with the opportunity for you to develop professionally on challenging projects.Key responsibilities- Manage the complete lifecycle of IT assets (PCs, phones, servers).- Maintain the asset database (labeling, inventory).- Create tracking dashboards and reports using Excel (including VLOOKUP, pivot tables).- Handle orders with suppliers and manage renewals of subscriptions.We are looking for- First experience in IT Hardware Asset Management.- Ideally, an academic background in a relevant field.- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUP).- Proficiency in ServiceNow (ideally the HAM module) and another ITSM tool.- Fluent in French.- Good command of English.To succeed in this role, your personal skills are as follows:- Structured: You enjoy organizing complex data.- Quality-conscious: Attention to detail makes all the difference to you.- Communicative: You communicate clearly, whether with your teammates or for coordinating a recruitment process.This recruitment process is managed by Academic Work, and our client wishes for all questions regarding the position to be directed to Academic Work.
